A communal space for the residents of the newly developed flats of the former Barking Odeon building.
Located on a podium level above the parking, two different shades of resin bonded gravel were applied.
Hardwood timber planters, seating and cladding soften dominating vents.
Fastigiated Hornbeams are green vertical elements, softening the impact of the facades on the court yard.
